PEDAGOGY
The National Certificate IV in Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) in
Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is a competency-based nationally
recognized certificate for present and future TVET trainers and assessors. Under the
National Skills Development Policy, certified trainers, and assessors are required in all
training institutions in Bangladesh. The Certificate IV in CBT&A in TVET is the recognized
qualification for trainers and assessors.
